One of the perks of Ahsuite is that you get a nice profile page that can serve as your personal website. Like this one:

Even if you don't use it as your primary website, completing your profile and setting it public will help enrich your knowledge graph in search engines.

If you opt to include a "pitch", clients can register directly through through a signup form on your profile.

Profile settings

You can access your profile settings when logged in by clicking "Edit Profile" on the profile widget of your home page, or by clicking the icon in the top-right corner and selecting My Profile.

In your profile settings you will be able to change your password as well as update the following:

  • Name*

  • Email*

  • Url*

  • Picture

  • Phone

  • Location

  • Appointment picker link

  • Headline

  • Subheadline

  • Description

  • Call to action

  • Links

If you have an Agency subscription, you will find additional agency settings such as white label labeling and adding a custom domain.

Name, email, and url are required fields, but you can set them to be hidden.

Agency sub-accounts do not have public profile pages.

Client signup form

You can add a client signup form that will allow new clients to register from your profile. To add the form to your profile, simply fill out the "Call to Action" field.

To hide the client signup form, keep the "Call to Action" field blank.

Profile visibility

Your profile can be either public or private. In order to make your profile public, you must mark the checkbox in your profile settings to "make profile public".

Even if your profile is public, it will not be indexed by search engines unless you complete the profile by adding a profile picture, headline, and description.

Next to the "make profile public" option is a checkbox to "get found by other Ahsuite users." Users who have completed their profiles and checked this box will be listed in the Ahsuite user network, which is only visible to other Ahsuite users (never their clients).

That network can be searched based on keywords that are found in your profile. Results are ranked based on where the keyword is located - keywords in your profile headline carry more weight than in your profile description, for example.

Agency profile settings

Agency accounts have additional customization options that are not available on the Pro plan.

Whereas a profile on the Pro plan is focused on the individual, an Agency profile highlights the brand. You can customize the colors, replace the Ahsuite logo and favicon with your own, and you can add a custom banner image.

Here is an example of an Agency profile that has been white labeled:

Agency customization settings are available at the bottom of the profile settings page for Agency users.

Custom domains

Agency subscribers can fully white label their accounts with a custom domain.

If you have an Agency subscription, you will find instructions for setting up a custom domain in the Custom Domain tab of your Profile Settings page. To set that up, you will need to know how to add a record to your DNS.

Once your custom domain is added, agency users can add a Custom Email as well. That will also entail adding a CNAME record to your DNS.

If you are using a custom domain and you do not set your profile to public, your url will redirect to a white labeled client portal login page.
