Learn how to send messages with reply-by-email in Ahsuite.

There are already a bunch of team communication tools out there, and we didn't want to reinvent the wheel.

So in the spirit of keeping things clean and simple, we made Ahsuite Conversations work with your email. Because you're probably not going to convince your client to use anything else, anyway.

Conversations enables:

  • Group messaging

  • Message search

  • Reply by email

A "conversation" is our term for a group channel or message thread. You name the conversation, decide whether to include your teammates and/or the client, and start typing.

When you send a message in Conversations, Ahsuite forwards your message to the email addresses of everyone included in the conversation.

Reply by email

Ahsuite forwards your message to whatever email addresses the users have in their profiles.

The sender email address will be the sender's name @mail.ahsuite.com. (Agency users can white label the sender address.)

When people respond to the email, their responses are recorded in the conversations tool, keeping everything organized.

How to see your Conversations

In the page header next to your profile picture is a talk bubble icon. If you click that icon it will take you to a Conversations page with all your messages organized by client.

Alternatively you can click the "Conversations" tab in the left sidebar menu when drilled in on any client. That will show you only the messages shared with you for that client account.
