There are various types of emails sent automatically by Ahsuite. In this article I will go over the different types and how to opt in or out.

System Emails

System emails sent from the Ahsuite server include email confirmation and password reset emails. Agency users can white label these by going to their profile settings, then the Custom Domain tab, and following the instructions there.

These system emails can only be turned off by canceling your account.

Bulk Emails and Updates

We use Intercom for our CRM and for most automated emails or bulk messages to our users. At the bottom of these automated emails there is an option to opt out of the mailing list.

Your clients never enter our CRM and we never message them.

Conversations

When you send a message using the Conversations tool, it will go to the email addresses associated with each user in the thread.

If you send a message to the client, it will go to the email address of the primary contact.

The sender email will be {your name}@mail.ahsuite.com.

Admin Notification Emails

Ahsuite can send you a daily email with a summary of your active tasks and a list of your uncleared notifications.

These emails can be turned on or off from your Notifications page, which is accessed via the bell icon in the header.

Client Notification Emails

Ahsuite can send a notification email to your client whenever a task is assigned to them or a file needs their approval.

By default these emails are off. To turn them on, go to the Client Details page for the specific client.

You can also toggle the emails on for all of your future clients by going to the gear icon on your My Clients page and editing the default options for new clients.

The notification emails will be sent using your custom email address if you have set one up (Agency users only).
