Learn all about admin and client notifications in Ahsuite.

We want to make sure you get the notifications you want without flooding your inbox, and we never want to email your clients without your permission.

In this article I discuss the different types of notifications and emails sent by Ahsuite, including where to turn them on or off.

Admin notifications

As an admin user, when you log in you see a dashboard with a Clients widget and a Tasks widget that give a basic summary of your updates and status.

In the header navigation bar you will see a bell icon. Clicking that takes you to your Notifications page where you can click individual notifications, clear them in bulk, or turn on email notifications.

If you turn on the email notifications, you will receive a daily email with a summary of your active tasks (based on your dashboard Tasks widget) and a list of your uncleared notifications.

Client notifications

Your clients do not have a Notifications page. Instead, there is a "Needs Review" section in the left sidebar in their client portal.

This section will display tasks assigned to the client (called "Requests" in the client portal) as well as files that require their approval.

In the Client Details you can turn on email notifications to the client when an item needs their review.

You can also turn on email notifications for all your new clients by editing the options (gear icon) in your My Clients page.
