Q: How do I customize the sidebar in the client portal?

A: Log in as an admin, select a client, and go to the Settings tab in the left sidebar.

Q: What can my clients see?

A: Your client sees the client portal pages, any files or passwords you share with them, and any tasks you assign to them. Anything your client can see is indicated with a golden halo. The client cannot see work journals - those are just for you and your team.

Q: What emails do you send my clients?

A: If your client requests a password reset, they will get a password reset email. You can also turn on email notifications in the client settings and then the client will be notified if a task is assigned to them or a file requires their approval. (By default these notification emails are turned off.) Agency users can white label all of these emails with a custom email address.

Q: Is there a public roadmap?

A: Yes, right here.

Q: Someone invited me to their team. What should I do?

A: If you don't know the person and they didn't reach out to you about it, you can decline the invitation or send them an email to see what's up.

Q: Why isn't my profile visible in the "Search Users" page?

A: Only profiles that are completely filled out and marked "Get found by other Ahsuite users" can be found by searching the network.

Q: How do I add logins for my employees?

A: With an Agency subscription you can create sub-accounts for your employees and contractors. Otherwise you can always invite other Ahsuite users.

Q: Where do I find templates?

A: You can access your saved templates from the right sidebar menu that opens when you click on your name in the top right corner.

Q: What if I need to exceed an account limit?

A: We set limits on the number of templates, sub-accounts, clients, etc that are high enough that we think no legitimate user will ever reach them. If you do hit an limit, and presumably you are not a bot, send us an email and can discuss raising it for you.

Q: Can the client portal be customized with the client's branding?

A: If you have an Agency account, the client portal can be customized with your branding.

Q: Can I white label the client portal with a custom domain?

A: Yes, with an Agency subscription you can map your client portals to a single domain or sub-domain. An SSL certificate is included.
